We collect the raw material of our unique coffee from the best producing countries in the world. In our proprietary state-of-the-art processing unit, we process coffee creating separate blends of Greek, espresso, filter, organic coffee, as well as beverages.

Our state-of-the-art facilities are specially designed with an emphasis on energy saving (bioclimatic design) but also on excellent raw material management. Our facilities include dedicated coffee storage areas, roasting and packaging areas, quality control laboratories and training and seminar areas (Samba Café Sensory Lab).
