Like its predecessor, the Timemore Fish Smart Pro is very precise when boiling water thanks to the temperature controller with STRIX technology from Timemore. This ensures an accuracy of 1℃. The temperature can be set to the exact degree using a touch slide or the push of a button and can be read off the LED display at any time. The powerful kettle guarantees that the water heats up quickly.
Compared to the Fish Smart, both the precise gooseneck spout and the ergonomic handle have been improved in the Pro version. The slightly wider spout on the Fish Smart Pro kettle ensures a powerful, precisely controllable water flow. Perfect for baristas and professionals.
The optimized ergonomic handle of the Pro kettle forms a line with the arm, so that the kettle is closer to the body for more precise control of the water pouring out. The ergonomic handle guarantees optimal handling of the kettle. Thanks to the openings at the top of the kettle, your fingers are protected from the hot steam.
