In the western end of Panama and at an altitude of 1900 – 2150 masl we find the Los Cenizos farm, owned by Estela Pitti. The farm is covered in natural springs with clean water and the soil is rich in nutrients due to its volcanic character.
Estella’s team is comprised by members of the Ngäbe Bugle, an indigenous community that has great tradition in coffee farming.
The micro climate that we find there, allows the plants to grow slower and thus the picking and ripening seasons have been extended. The quality of the cup is magnificent, a totally unique coffee experience that only Geisha coffees can offer.
