Rocky Mountain coffee is named after its origin which is the Mountain ‘Cerro Punta’, located in the district of Cerro Punta, Province of Chiriquí Panama. The wild ecosystem in this region favors these sweet beans since they grow to have a better acidity. The beans are collected at 1850 masl and a unique method follows since they are processed with wild yeast and bacteria found only in this specific region. As a final step, the beans are dried in large African beds. The unique process results in a excellent cup profile with a malic acidity and a juicy body, accompanied with notes of tropical fruits, mango and berries.
