A micro lot coffee coming from 400-500 small farms and even gardens around Gogogu, a remote village in the Guji appellation of Ethiopia.
Samba Coffee Roasters presents this naturally processed coffee of excellent quality, available in both espresso and filter grindings.
The cherries are delivered by the producers to the Uraga station. There, they are manually sorted and then laid out on raised African beds for 15 to 21 days, sometimes longer depending on the air humidity. Once drying is complete, the cherries are manually sorted again to remove any improperly dried ones and external defects.
