A great, balanced coffee comes from the area of Dipilto from the exotic Nicaragua. El Toston is a blend of the varietal Caturra (90%) and 10% of Maracaturra and Maragogype. The farmers’ goal was to create a balanced and sweet coffee that can be enjoyed on a daily basis. It’s name comes from a local dish, Toston, that is made from plantain bananas!
