Coffee Broker

Place the blind filter and add 10-15ml of COFFEE BROKER. Place the portafilter in the group of the machine.

Activate cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Remove the portafilter and clean it. Activate cycle and rinse the portafilter with hot water. Stop cycle.

Place the portafilter into grouphead and repeat step 2, other 5 times without adding the COFFEE BROKER.

Make and throw a cup of coffee each group to make sure there were no product residues.

To clean the portafilters: Dissolve in 1 liter of warm water, 30-40ml COFFEE BROKER and soak portafilters for 30 minutes. Rinse with clean hot water.
