You can change the items you have received within 14 calendar days of their delivery.
Fill in the return form that you will find on the packaging. The form, completed with all the necessary information and the proof of purchase must accompany the item you are returning. Please contact Samba Coffee Roasters by phone at 2105745786 or by e-mail: info@sambacafe.gr in order to receive detailed instructions on the correct return procedure and to set a date and time for the receipt of the product, at no cost to you, through our partner courier company “Geniki Tachydromiki”.
If you want to replace or return an item for a second time, you will be charged 4€ for the return and an additional 4€ for the new shipment. For Cyprus and EU countries the charge for each exchange is 30€.
If the new item is of a higher value than your return, pay the difference by cash on delivery (3€ charge) or by bank deposit. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference can be left on your card and used on a future purchase.
Changes can be made at Samba Coffee Roasters’ physical stores (Kolonaki and Ampelokipoi) and at our company’s headquarters in Industrial Park (VIO.PA.) Ano Liosia, provided that you have with you the proof of purchase and the completed return form. In physical stores, no refund or credit note can be issued for purchases made online. ATTENTION: Items returned must be in their original packaging intact. If the items have an internal print, it must not be worn or altered. Returns in which the packaging and/or product is damaged will not be accepted.
Any refunds will be made in accordance with the way you have paid for your order. If you have paid for your order by cash on delivery or deposit to an account, please fill in your account IBAN and beneficiary name on the product return form. The return of money is charged with a fee of 3€ for Greece. The refund is completed within 20 working days from the date we receive the product.
