PRODUCT ORDER

Orders placed through sambacafe.gr constitute distance selling contracts, which are governed by the provisions of Law no. 2251/1994 and PD 131/2003, as currently in force. The user has the right to enter into such a sales contract, provided that he or she meets the criteria of the law on legal capacity. In particular, in the case of legal persons, such contracts are validly concluded by their legal representatives. PRICING POLICY

The prices of the products available on sambacafe.gr are the final prices, including VAT and in Euros (€). The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The User shall deal with the Company under the pricing conditions in force at the time of ordering, regardless of whether these have subsequently changed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

For the convenience and better service of our customers, sambacafe.gr has the following payment methods:
a. Payment of your credit or debit card through the Viva Payments service. Our online store has taken all the necessary measures to ensure the security of our users’ transactions through their cards, while the possibility of payment with interest-free installments is also given for credit card holders, based on the current commercial policy. In case the credit card is not approved, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.
b. Replacement upon receipt of the products (and up to an amount of 150.00€). In this case, payment will be made to the partner courier company upon receipt of the order.

Orders under the amount of 50.00€ are charged with shipping costs, 4.00€ while in case of cash on delivery payment you will be charged with 3.00€ extra. Orders over 50.00€ are not charged with shipping costs and cash on delivery.

The order will be on hold and will be executed after confirmation of the deposit of the total amount. To facilitate the process, please send a copy of the deposit with the order number and full name to info@sambacafe.gr .

AUTHENTICITY OF PRODUCTS

All sambacafe.gr products are 100% authentic. We work exclusively with the official Greek agencies of each brand and company. Their packaging is the original, original packaging of the manufacturers. Thus, we guarantee the authenticity of every product you buy from our e-shop.

PROMOTIONAL COUPONS

Any promotional coupons available on sambacafe.gr are used only by registered users. The coupons are not transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts offered and must be redeemed within the deadline set each time.

RETURNS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

The terms and conditions described apply to all products purchased from this online store of the Company in Greece through sambacafe.gr.
In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made , he has the right to return the products for any reason and in the manner in which he received his order. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order. In case of a defective product the cost of return is borne by the Company and in any other case the cost is borne by the customer. In order for the return to be accepted, it is necessary that the product is in its original condition and in its original packaging. (including all forms that accompany it). It is emphasized at this point, that after the aforementioned check and only then, the Company will be able to judge whether to accept the return of the product and informing the customer will arrange the relevant actions and procedures, as described below. For the best and fastest service, it is preferable to contact the Company and send the receipt and retail sales slips together with the returned goods.
Refunds will NOT be given and the returned product will have to be replaced with another one. However, in the event that the customer does not wish to have the product replaced immediately, a 60-day credit note will be issued. However, if after this period of time, the customer has not chosen another product, then the amount of credit is lost.
The customer also has the right to cancel the order at any time before it is dispatched. In the case, other than cash on delivery, where payment has been made by credit or debit card debit or bank account deposit, the refund will be made in the same way. In addition, our customers are given the option of retaining the credit without a refund. In this case, the use of this credit by the customer must be made within 60 days, otherwise at the end of this period it will be lost.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
